Life Coaching 


Coaching is a helpful way to develop yourself as a person + work through life changes + live a more focused and fulfilled life. Coaching is helping you learn instead of telling you what to do. In our sessions we will identify 3 new goals everyday, find solutions to your negative thinking, focus on your overall success, and celebrate your efforts. As your life coach I will meet you at your current mental circumstance and help you figure out a way to get to the next part of your life. 

When I start Coaching you, you will instantly pick three goals to accomplish for the day and every day for 30 days you will pick and accomplish 3 new goals as suggested by Dr. Phil. This will guarantee you 90 new accomplished goals every month giving you a life full of purpose and meaning.  Once you select your 3 goals I will take the time to make sure you understand the power of your thoughts and the importance of your words. I will introduce you to the Law of Attraction and Positive Affirmations. We will look at your life and the things that bother you the most and figure out why they bother you so much and how we can overcome them and continue on with life in a positive way. I will meet you in your current circumstances using FaceTime and voice call and Coach You to a better you. The goal is not to change you but make you better. As your coach I will break our sessions down into the Game of Life allowing you to pick your personal development plan using the concept of your favorite sport out of basketball and football. Each session will come complete with a play by play game plan using different tools along with the Smart Model and Dilt Neurological Levels. Lastly I will send you 2 different challenges to complete everyday the 21 day anxiety challenge and the 30 days of happiness challenge. It is my goal to help you become a positive you in your negative situation.
